You're very welcome.
Did you install the Realtek bluetooth driver?
If not, you need to.

Hi:
Who would have thought that would happen?
There was no old bluetooth driver.
There was a generic Microsoft bluetooth driver.
Uninstalling the Realtek bluetooth driver should resolve the probelm, or do a system restore and select a restore point to a time before you installed the Bluetooth driver.
If there is a realtek bluetooth software listing in the windows control panel>programs, uninstall it from there and restart the PC.
Another thing you can try is to update the wifi driver...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82801.exe
The card supports bluetooth and miracast, so I don't know why the working bluetooth would cause the miracast to quit working.

Paul,
I unistalled the realtek bluetooth software listing in the windows control panel>programs and all drivers for bluetooth and wifi. Then I did a restore back to before I installed the bluetooth driver. The restore program said it did not work and no files where changed however Miracast is now working.
I'm going to leave it like it is and not use Bluetooth.
Thanks again for your help.
