Product: HP Envy Laptop 17-bw0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to figure out where I can purchase a replacement battery for my HP Envy Laptop 17-bw0xxx.  

 

The battery doesn't keep a charge at all (immediately powers off if I unplug the laptop), so I ran the HP Battery Check.  The test result was "Primary Battery: Replace (42)", so I'm pretty sure I need a replacement.

 

I've tried searching in the HP Part Finder, but no battery is listed as a replacement part. Any idea on where I can purchase a replacement battery, and what the replacement battery part number is?

What is your HP Envy Laptop 17-bw0xxx  machine ? The series has only one option for battery

 

                (3-cell, 52-WHr, 4.55-AHr, Li-ion, includes cable) part # L09281-855

 

which is N/A from HP Part store
