Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1005na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The battery for my HP Omen 15-dh1005na has become swollen so I need to remove/replace it.

 

I'm struggling to find a replacement battery in the UK where I live.

 

I'm wary of purchasing from foreign sites that claim they stock it as a UK site I've contacted has said that they don't stock it & it is unavailable from their supplier.

 

Does anyone know where I can get one from at all please?

Your OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1005na (173Y7EA) requires a 6-cell, 69 Wh Li-ion polymer battery with HP p/n: L48497-006 "Battery 6C 69Wh 2.988Ah LI PG06XL".

 

A quality PG06XL replacement battery is available online in Great Britain, such as this purchase option: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255328030302?hash=item3b72bc8e5e:g:MxgAAOSwSfRjwVPl&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA..., but they are pricey indeed.

 

You could try to touch base with these guys: https://www.laptopbatterydirect.net/hp/hp-l48497-006-battery.htm, and see if they can ship it to you for a reasonably price and/or if they have a UK distributor.
