My HP Envy 17 keyboard is having problems as some section of the keyboard ain't working. the notbook is old and out of warranty.

 

Product Number:E2G88EA#ACQ

Serial Number: (removed content)

 

I contacted the supplier with the product number as well as serial number but they could not find the keyboard part number nor could they provide me a quote for the replacement keyboard.

 

I need help
