I looking to buy a replacement battery for spectre x360 ac-003na, this one https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05407411 .I am based in Europe and am unable to find a genuine Hp replacement battery which I understand to be 3-cell, 58-WHr, 5.02-AHr, Li-ion, part number 859356-855.

 

The nearest I have found that can ship to me is a 2 power 11.55V, 5020mAh, 57 Wh, can be seen here https://www.duracelldirect.co.uk/pno/2p-859356-855.html . Will this fit my laptop, spectre x360 ac-003na.

 

I understand it might be difficult to say will a third part battery work, if this is a case is it possible to share a picture of the spectre x360 ac-003na battery. So I can read the information on it and see it so I can compare to help make sure I get the correct battery.

The battery you mention that is as follows:
859356-855 Assembly-battery 3C 58WH 5.02Ah LI SO.

It is only compatible with the following models which are Spectre:
HP SPECTRE X360 13-AC063DX
HP SPECTRE X360 13-W010CA CONVERTIBLE PC
HP SPECTRE X360 13-W020CA CONVERTIBLE PC
HP SPECTRE X360 13-W030CA CONVERTIBLE PC
HP SPECTRE X360 13-W053NR CONVERTIBLE PC
HP SPECTRE X360 13-W063NR CONVERTIBLE PC

 

The battery that is compatible for your equipment is as follows:
Battery, 3-cell, 58-WHr, 5.02-AHr, Li-ion (includes cable) 859356-855
With the part number you can probably find it on Mercado Libre, Amazon, Ebay, Aliexpress, or some other store.

Thanks for your reply, so the difference between the battery I asked about (2 power) and the battery I need is the one I mentioned is LI SO and the one I need is Li-ion. The part numbers are the same, I assumed   the part number 859356-855 is a unique battery but it seems there’re is many different battery’s with the same part number, is this true.

 

I checked the 2 part suppliers you mentioned and

swissparts.ch Searched using 859356-855 and found no results, went to search by device > Hewlett Packard and models listed are EliteBook, Notebook PC, ProBook & ZBook. No sign of Spectre.

eeteuroparts.ch - Searched using 859356-855 and it gives me this battery CoreParts Laptop Battery for HP 57Wh Li-Pol 11.55V 4900mAh ((NOTE: Same as MBXHP-BA0253 but with a bit shorter cable) can be seen here https://www.eetgroup.com/de-ch/mbxhp-ba0111-coreparts-laptop-battery-for-hp-wid-w124562993 . But this doesn’t look like the right battery it is 4900mAh where the battery I need is 5020mAh.

 

I am finding this so difficult to find the correct battery, I have spent hours and hours searching but to no avail. If I search eBay for the part number it has a few battery’s labelled 859356-855 for example  this one “NEW GENUINE CN03XL HSTNN-LB7L For HP Spectre X360 13-AC033DX 859356-855 TPN-Q17” but when I look at the image of the battery I can see it says part number 901308-421.

Any country in Europe that has the battery. I have spend so much time looking and have not found it, so any contact in europe that has the battery for the spectre x360 ac-003na would be great  . If you can share with a link to the battery it would be great. I'm  also sure it will help others as well as i see the question here a lot, 

 

Also on the part number 859356-855, is it many batteries or just one.

Thanks for your help, that link takes me to a page with a number of products, the top 3 are batteries, but the same issue as ebay. when i look at the image of the battery I can see it say part number 901308-421.

I'm being told to replace mine - but it's a glitch which shows 19% charge max when plugged in and a tech guy said I should reinstall the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control method Driver...

I tried that - and now the battery is showing 9% charge...

Did yours have the same problem? (I found a "19%" thread earlier relating to this, but cannot find now.
