Product: Envy TS17 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying to find out where to get a replacement battery for my notebook. The phone number provided to order parts is no longer in service. It is a primary battery that seems to have gone bad. Product number for the computer is E8A11UA if anyone can help, this is my primary computer. I'd hate to go to Batteries Plus to replace this battery.

You have to use part number and search elsewhere such as Amazon, eBay.
