Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to replace current battery that is 3-cell 11.1V 31Wh 2612mAh (HP Spare 746641-001) rated, but  I haven't find the proper battery on online stores. When I use the code on the sticker (HP Spare 746641-001) I just find a 4-cell 2200MAH/14.8V battery.  Will using a higher voltage battery damage the laptop or is the input circuit designed for this?

 

If is not possible using a higher voltage, can someone links me to a site where I can buy a new replacement?
