Hi, this laptop has broken hinges (both completely snapped through) and a damaged display panel. I see the hinges are no longer available on the HP parts store. I am wondering how cost effective/easy it will be to replace the hinges. I am in the UK and an ebay search is bringing up several display panels but just one possibility for a single hinge.
If I can't find the hinges is there an alternative way to keep the laptop together or do I just give up, strip this one and use the money towards a new one?
Thanks
