Hello everyone. I am seeking some immediate assistance on obtaining an internal battery for a HP Envy Laptop, model #13-aq1185nr. I was told by Best Buy that I need to buy the battery and they will install it. Now, I could buy a new laptop and see them on sell. BUT, I’ve got data/information saved on the hard drive and how can I get access to that data with replacing the battery. Thanks.

HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search by the HP L08496-855 battery part number on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.

 

You can also contact HP's authorized parts suppliers at the link below and see if any of them have the part you need.
