Replacement keyboard and battery

Hi I bought this laptop in August.  And because of an accidental liquid spillage the keyboard has to be exchanged also the battery.  But I cannot find parts anywhere.  

I bought it from currys pc World  and  gave it back to them to fix it even played them £60 to assess the damage and after to fix it . They came back to me after 5 days saying they can't get the parts and the laptop will be returned back to me unrepaired.  .

I tried to look for replacement parts on hp website  but for some reasons when I put my laptop serial number nothing cones up

4)Select the country from the drop-down.
