Product: Omen 15-ax210nr Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My son broke the W key off of my Omen 15-ax210nr. I thought I would be able to fix it, but I lost it!
I have tried to order a replacement from a number of websites, to which either my model number is not found or I get a follow up email stating that the key I need is rare, they have none in stock and they cannot locate one. I tried to see if my model number was compatible with any other model's keys, but I had no luck with that either.
I cannot seem to find a contact option to directly email HP to ask for advice or direction (or if they could sell me a key directly). Can someone PLEASE direct me on any other options? I really don't want to have to replace the keyboard.
