I have an HP Pavilion x360 14-ek1004na Convertible Laptop – Core™ i3 [800P2EA#ABU]

Somehow, one of the screws in the bottom of the case has loosened and fallen out.

Where can I get a replacement screw?

The only info I can provide for you is the screw size you need.

See chapter 5, page 35 of the service manual for that info.

Maintenance and Service Guide

Phillips 2.5 mm × 5.0 mm screw.

I recommend you call or visit some local PC repair shops or hardware stores to see if they have any screws of that size.

Thank you, that will do.

I'll be able to source a replacement.
