HP Recommended

I have a Hp Envy Notebook model # W2K78UA#ABA it started to stay at 1% then 0% while connected to the charger. It started to get really loud and now it won't turn on. I was wondering if it need it's battery replaced and if so where can I look to buy one?

It uses battery part # 849313-856 which is N/A from HP
