My usb ports have stopped working. One of the ports broke off and I think it shorted out the other ones as a result so, I need to get them replaced. I've already tried everything with the drivers (restarting them, deleting and reinstalling them) but nothing worked. Where can I go to get the parts needed to replace them? I tried searching online but with little luck. Any ideas are appreciated.

The one USB port on the right is a small board connected by ribbon cable to the system board.
The two 3.0 USB ports on the left side are part of the system board.

@REO51ST Ugh... Does this mean I have to replace the whole board if I want to use the 3.0 ports? That seems like it would be expensive if I got it serviced, or dangerous if I did it myself. I replaced the keyboard which seemed simple enough, but this seems more complicated.
Is it even possible? Could I at least get a 3.0 usb small board for the one on the right? Even just one port would be better than nothing. I have an external hard drive I need to access some data.
Thanks for your help so far.
