My usb ports have stopped working. One of the ports broke off and I think it shorted out the other ones as a result so, I need to get them replaced. I've already tried everything with the drivers  (restarting them, deleting and reinstalling them) but nothing worked. Where can I go to get the parts needed to replace them? I tried searching online but with little luck. Any ideas are appreciated.

There are two 3.0 USB ports on the left side.

One  2.0 USB port on the right side.

Are they all bad???

@Correct.  Two 3.0 ports on the left, one 2.0 on the right. I'll probably need the parts because it might be too difficult to get since I bought it in Ireland, but I live in Japan. I'm not sure if they would be able to find the parts since HP computers are a little harder to come by here.

The one USB port on the right is a small  board connected by ribbon cable to the system board.

The two 3.0 USB ports on the left side are part of the system board.
