14-CK1007TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using notebook, 14-CK1007TU.

Keyboard panel has been broken since Jan. 2020

 - Purchased : Feb. xx, 2019 in South Korea.

 - Warranty   : April 23, 2020

I have requested for Warranty repair, but HP refused this due to customer's wrong use.

I did not accept his. I have used several HP notebook, 8440P, 1040 G4, Zbook 14u G5 and 14-CK1007TU.

The malfunction is from poor durability and poor design based on my experience.

HP is fully pushing me to take user's wrong use.

I request HP to review design, panel's material(resin) and durability on panel inside ( molding injection )

I still do not accept HP's  feedback.

I will take into deep consideration about HP warranty policy.

Yes, I already contacted HP customer support, but their feedback and actions are so poor.

I point out and share all users with my case.

I have issued this warranty repair but they refused due to user's wrong activity without any evidence.

My proposal was to ask HP to investigate where the failure root are from.

If HP give me right professional evidence, then I will follow it.

One of failure root could be weak Nut which is in-molded on keyboard panel.

Nut could not be welded with keyboard resin.

Another could be poor design due to poor strength between panel and hinge.

Or, I maybe used wrong angled of monitor.
