Product: HP Laptop 17-ca0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've seen old posts regarding the left corner of the laptop coming unhinged, but mine is on the right.  I can't close the lid now.  When I do, the corner opens way up.  A small screw has fallen out, but I cannot see where it belongs.  If I try and force it closed, it looks like it may break.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
