Like the user Kreative_ADD I can confirm that right side of the laptop is just not working with all USB devices and C port is defective. I wasted so much time on this.

 

Just use the left side and you will be fine, C port is RIP and it is just standing there since that are is not directly on the main motherboard I guess that is the problem. And the best part is all the devices I have that needs to be hooked on C port work on my older HP ProBook 455 G4 and on X360 don't... Thanks HP!!!!
