I have intel i3 gen 7 -7100U @2.40 GHz processor
4 gb of ram @ 2133MHz
and 1 tb of HHD drive
What should I upgrade to perform smoothly and also for coding application.
Which SSD drive and RAM I have to install in my laptop

Your question was already asked and answered in the thread at the link below.
If you perform a clean installation on the new SSD you will find that the performance will be a vast improvement on the former configuration.

Please sir, can you suggest which type of ssd i have to buy. Sata Or nvme interface. Will NVME support by this hardware. Samsung evo NVME will support?
And i have 4gb pre-installed ram @2100, so it support 8gb @3000+ MHz.
Please lighten up me in these issue.
