So I didnt do much review on the laptop because the gentlemen at Best Buy sold me on it. And I love it. But,(and its a huge BUT), it runs so hot. I sit on my couch or bed to read and do work and it burned my lap. It became so hot that i got a bit red on my lap. Is this how it is supposed to run? or does it have a bad fan? or is this a known issue? Thank you for your assistance. I just dont want to keep it if it does that purposely. I never had a problem with my Dell laptop. thank you for your help I appreciate your assistance with this matter.
oh and the screen sometimes goes crazy with black lines.
Best,
Felix Saldana
