Hello, after replacing the hard drive and installing the most recent version of Windows, I realized that there are some devices that are not detecting or doesn't have the most recent drivers including the SD card reader (the driver that is on hp official site is obsolete).
This is the report from Unknown Device Identifier

Thanks for reading.

Hi:
For the card reader, try manually installing the last HP driver I posted.
Go to the device manager. Click on the PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver location of the file you ran.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp96445.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
See if this updated Intel dynamic tuning driver works for you. This is what superseded the other one.
Otherwise you can try the manual install for the other driver I posted using the same approach as the card reader, but browse to C:SWSetup\sp96300

Hi:
The card reader is not working (PCI Device) because the driver is not installed.
Before you install the card reader driver, install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.
That will install some of those other devices.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.
This package contains the Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader Driver, which enables the read and write functions for the Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader. This package is available for supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.
After you install the above drivers, post the hardware ID's for the remaining ones, so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide to find that information...

Hello and thanks for responding,
Thanks to the first driver most of its related unknown devices are not longer... unknown, however the Alcor driver won't install on the notebook, when I attempt to do it and clicking install does the process until a cmd screen appears and suddenly disappears.
Here are the Ids of the remaining devices:
PCI DEVICE:
PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625&SUBSYS_8478103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625&SUBSYS_8478103C
PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625&CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625&CC_FF00
Unknown device 1
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3400
ACPI\INT3400
*INT3400
Unknown device 2
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3403
ACPI\INT3403
*INT3403
Unknown device 3
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3403
ACPI\INT3403
*INT3403
Thanks a lot for the help.

You're very welcome.
This driver should install the unknown devices.
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
For the PCI\VEN_1AEA&DEV_6625, you are going to have to use the driver on your notebook's support page.
I guess the newer one I gave you didn't have driver support for that hardware ID
This package contains the driver that enables the Alcor Micro Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that ID...

Hi, unfortunately none of the last two driver work with my OS, when attempting to install them I get the following error: The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19042) both drivers were for Windows 10 1903.
Found the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware on this https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=d4g6r&lwp=rt Will it be compatible?
In the case of the SD Card driver I found it on this site: https://drp.su/en/hwids/PCI%5CVEN_1AEA%26DEV_6625?os=windows-10-x64 is driverpack.io trustable?

Tried the method on your last post and both the Thermal and Card reader drivers are working as it should.
(For the Thermal Driver I had to install it manually as well)
Thanks a lot for the help!
