This is a new laptop and the first time I used the SD card reader (built-in) it has not worked. No idea why. All USB ports work. I am not a savvy computer guy. I use the SD port to download pictures from the mini SD card in camera, etc and to transfer music files. I tried different cards and still no results.
Tried card in my old Toshiba and it works fine.
Do I need to download anything in order to make it work because its new?
Thank you for any help.
