When I started laptop before 2 day I got this smart hard-disk check error 301. I registered compain from toll free number and laptop is under warranty so I don't have any issue but I want my data from hard disk.

That is true on some models but see the manual. In your case the hard drive is shown in the "customer self-repair" section and there is a customer accessible panel so you can remove the hard drive and still keep the warranty. Just put it back and button it up before sending it in to HP.
If it really bothers you to open it and I do understand if that is the case, there are other means to get the data off but require some advanced tech skills like booting from a LInux live disk and those methods would still require some kind of external storage drive to hold the data. A large thumb drive would work. Post back if you want to discuss those possible avenues.

Stop using it. The hard drive should be removed from the laptop and the data can likely be recovered by connecting it with a usb to SATA adapter to another computer where you can copy off the files you do not want to lose.
