My SS charger port is not working. The other one is working. Could you please check and let me know.

Note:The same charger is working with other laptop

The USB Type-C port is not the port that was designed for charging for your laptop.

 

I suggest using the delivered power adapter and plugging the barrel connector into the port it was meant to be plugged into.

There are three SS ports on your laptop.

What are your expectations of the ports?

 

Only one of them is a USB Type-C Super Speed port that might be used to charge your laptop.

 

The other Super Speed ports can be used to charge a small external device.
