I have a HPVictus 16 d-0097nr laptop with this specs :
Intel 12800 / Nvidia 3060 / 16GB RAM / 512 SSD.
It has an empty M.2 NVMe-slot so I was thinking about Samsung 980 or 980 Pro/Kingston a2000 (1TB), but after reading on the forums that "The SSD freezes when it's getting very active and the taskmanager shows a continue 100% disk usage at the Samsung SSD" now I'm afraid, I might have this problem too. Someone said me about Crucial but again, I want to know which SSD model I can choose for my laptop

Crucial Memory guarantees that their storage devices (SSD) will work with your notebook.
Here are their guaranteed compatible offerings. I personally find guaranteed compatible to be a strong selling point which mitigates the risk I take when I purch\ase an upgrade product.
