Can anyone help with this error from my SSD? Cant seem to find any info online or on the HP website

Thank you so much Erico for all your time. I'll try to see if there is a hardware warranty we can fulfill with Toshiba next. Honestly I am not surprised, I tend to see more Toshiba drives fail more often than anything else. I really believe and is a shame that HP is using these drives to cut cost and settle the bottom line. As a computer technician by profession, I would advise that anyone who has a choice to steer clear of Toshiba drives. There are far better drives out there like Samsung or even Hynix. I personally, just as a tip, tend to typically gravitate towards Samsung Magician for these types of scenarios as far as utilities goes. I have already redeployed the system to my client and informed him of the issue. We have set up OneDrive as an online backup solution in the case the drive does have catastrophic failure.

The Diagnostic error code translates to Error 305 and that is a hard disk failure code.
The charging port failure could be a system board circuit failure.

Thank you for your reply, is there a tool or webpage that I can use to help me query this information? If you could please provide references because the SSD still functions perfectly fine. I would like to dig into the parameters measured by this system which produced this error.

The SSD itself is a SMART device which reports the failure information to the diagnostic utility.
Just because it is currently functioning does not mean it will remain in that state.
How are you boot9ng the notebook?
Have you removed the SSD?
If you have and are using it connected to another PC, get the manufacturer's information from the SSD and go to their support website.
Virtually all hard disk manufacturers provide a utility which will give the drive health. That is what you need to see.

I understand that the SSD is in a failing state, as a computer technician there are several tool i'm familiar with using in regards to hard drives and diagnostic information. With HP im familiar with error codes that will address the details associated with the codes and was surprised to not find any from the HP diagnostic utility. This is what primarily peeked my interest and with working in the industry we need to stay updated on these types of changes. With SSDs its a whole new ball game as oppose to the typical SATA interface, hard drives, and technology. I will dig into the manufacturer diagnostics as you've suggested to better understand what parameters have flagged this device with the S.M.A.R.T. report

I suggest using Device Manager to find out which manufacturer produced the SSD in your notebook.

I wanted to take a look at the physical drive to get additional information about it, here's what I've found.
Toshiba Memory Corporation
Model: KXG50ZNV256G XG5 NVMe
HP P/N: 934100-001
S/N: 58LS1006TP5T
So far, there is virtually no support for this drive that I can find online from Toshiba.

I took a look around the internet and was also unable to find a utility that is useful specifically for the XG5 NVMe SSD.
It seems that the HP Diagnostic utility is going to be as good as it gets. It is unfortunate that the utility shows that it is going to fail, if that has not already happened.
