Product: Hp ProBook 450 g2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought SSD sk hynix m.2 2242 type (HFM128GDHTNG) and I installed it on my hp ProBook 450 g2 but it doesn't recognize it , I checked drive from cmd -->>diskpart then list disk but no SSD. I bought it from: https://www.amazon.com/SK-Hynix-128GB-Bracket-HFM128GDHTNG/dp/B07X454WJG

Actually it supports M.2 SATA 3 2242 SSD but the card you bought is a NVMe type card. This won't work due to different type..To be sure is to be sure please use

 

  120-GB Solid-state drive, M.2, for use in HP 450 models part # 768469-001
