hey, i wanna ask about ssd m2 on 14s-dk0075au. 

Did the ssd m2 on this laptop sata or nvme? i want to upgrade but worry if wrong buy item

The parts list for your model indicates that your notebook came with a 128 GB M.2 SATA SSD and 1 TB hard drive (HDD). Windows is installed on the M.2 SATA drive.

 HP PartSurfer

 

According to the service manual (on pages 2-3), your model supports M.2 NVMe SSDs, as you have a Ryzen 3 3200U processor.

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

 

You can replace the current M.2 SATA SSD with a much faster NVMe SSD of any capacity you like, 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB or more.

 

If you install an M.2 NVMe SSD of a large size such as 1 TB or more, it can provide plenty of storage space and gives you an option to remove the legacy HDD from the system.

 

Chapter 5 of the service manual shows how to replace M.2 SSDs.
