Hi all,

 

Very new to this and I need your help please.

 

I want to install an SSD into this notebook. It already has an M.2 128gb (which I want to leave for the O/S) - but there is a space for an SSD and I need a ribbon cable/connector to attach it to the mobo. I cannot find the part I need online, have tried for hours to locate it. Does anyone know what the part number is please?

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I reckon that's as close as i'm going to get. My notebook model acutally isnt listed as used by those components, but I reckon its worth a gamble and try it. The only issue is finding them in the UK - both parts are out of stock with HP and aren't listed anywhere else! Frustrating.
