Dear all,
We have bought SSD S700 2.5" 250GB Hard drives from EET europarts on 30.06.2021 and they are almost all defective.
We tried to make reclamation in our country to our local HP partners but we were told that they can`t do it they had no opportunity to do it. As I remember HP have world wide warranty and how can we make reclamation of the product. We have 8 pcs for reclamation. Please advice...

Hi,
The best idea would have been to buy the SSDs from amazon such as the Samsung 870 or similar.
Since you bought them from Europarts you should be able to get Europarts to intervene on the defective SSDs.
I will flag the post and see if someone can put you on the correct path.

Dear,
We have already contacted with Europarts and they sad to contact our local HP stores but they do not accept this reclamation.
Why we can not make reclamation here if we have local HP.
