Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi team,

I'm using an HP Victus with a WD SN810 NVMe SSD (512GB, HP P/N: M54701-002). Recently, I'm getting a SMART Error 301 every time I turn on the laptop.

The SSD shows just 3% wear in the report(generated by AI, after hardware access through my PC):

"=== START OF SMART DATA SECTION ===",
"SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: FAILED!",
"- NVM subsystem reliability has been degraded",
      "",
      "SMART/Health Information (NVMe Log 0x02)",

, which clearly indicates early failure despite minimal usage. Very disappointing for a premium device. It's a clear hardware level failure, and questions the quality of service and product that HP provides to their users!!

The laptop is out of warranty, but this feels like a quality issue. Requesting guidance or a goodwill replacement from HP.

Thanks!
