I HAVE A HP 245 G7 LAPTOP WITH 1TB HDD CAN SOME SAY WHICH SSD SHOULD I INSTALL ON THIS LAPTOP. SSDs IN OFFLINE STORES ARE EXPENSIVE SO I AM THINKING OF BUYING IT FROM ONLINE AND I WILL INSTALL IT MYSELF IN THE LAPTOP. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHICH SSD I SHOULD BUY

You can keep the 1 TB 2.5 inch hard drive and add a SATA type M.2 SSD. Here is the Service Manual:
See pages 19 and 35. The M.2 slot is directly above the battery. Although the laptop was only sold with M.2 SATA SSD up to 256 gigs you can install a larger one.
Above is an example of what you can install. You can clone the hard drive to the M.2 SSD but in order to enjoy the speed you must move Windows to the SSD. Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
