I have Sata-II Connector on my laptop with 3GB/S .
Can i replace my current hdd(500gb) with ssd(500gb).
If yes?please suggest me a ssd for upgrade.
My processor intel i3(3rd-gen),4GB Ram,

Hi:
In your country, this would be the best SSD for the price. A real bargain.
The fastest SSD I know of is this one, but the performance difference between the Crucial one and this one isn't that much.
This disk is much cheaper in the USA and carries a 5 year warranty, where in India it appears the warranty is less.

Have you confirmed that the SATA port is SATA 2?
Notebooks with the Mobile Intel series 7 chipsets support SATA 3 controllers.
