Hello

 I have a HP ENVY 15-k002ne laptop i7 (4th gen) 16Gb RAM with windows 10.

recently i got it opened up and found a nvme slot so i thought of upgrading to an ssd so i purchased a WD Blue SN580 of 500gb and installed but the system is not detecting the drive even in boot and BIOS.

please guide me to solve the issue

The specs of your machine is

From page 2 of its manual, it does NOT support DUAL storage. For M.2 slot, it supports M.2 SATA-3, not NVMe SSD . WD Blue SN580  is a NVMe drive, that won't work.
