Hi,
I don't think your computer has any M.2 slots. Even if you have an M.2 slot, It would usually be a SATA and not NVME slot, giving you the same speed as a 2.5 inch drive.
I don't think you need any specific module of RAM. Any DDR4-2400 SODIMM module will work.

Hi,
You can upgrade your computer to a 2.5" SATA 3 SSD. A great budget option would be a Kingston A400, but a Samsung 860 EVO is a more expensive, but overall better performing SSD.
