As in the subject, with Acronis no any kind of backup has been started.
I've tryed to remove SSD and read it on external M.2 PCIe usb adapter but is not recognized.

So, was the drive working OK before you booted from the Acronis USB stick? IF so, what was the intention with using the stick?
Also, is the adapter m.2 NVMe, not m.2 SATA?
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hi WAWood,
yes, my notebook pavillion was working fine.
My intention was to do a clone of the current M.2 Disk (512Gb) to replace it with bigger one (1Tb).
The adapter is for m.2 NVMe PCIe and it read correctly the new one 1 Tb m.2 disk
At the moment my Pavillion was working with the new 1 Tb m.2 SSD.
But all my data was on old 512GB and i need to recovery them.
Specs on old m.2 ssd reports that there is an AES 256 encryption.
Maybe a corrupted TPM area issue ?
Thanks in advance.
