I have a HP 14-cm0011ax.
I am planning to buy a SSD m.2 SATA on my laptop. How to know if my laptop has only maximum capacity for storage. ?
For example, I want to buy a 512gb SSD m.2 SATA , but my laptop only support a maximum of 240gb , how to know that ?
Thank you so much in advance.

Hi:
According to the Crucial memory report for your notebook, you can go as high as a 1 TB M.2 SSD.

Below is the link to the service manual. The storage capacities of the M.2 drives listed in chapter 1, are just what HP offered in the model series.
