HP 348 G7 Notebook PC (7HC07AV)

Hello there, to begin with i have a 348 G7 notebook(i3 of tenth gen, upgraded to 16GB of ram by two of 8 and a TB in hdd)

I'm looking for getting an ssd m.2 drive in kingston page (https://www.kingston.com/es/memory/search/model/100751/hp-hpe-348-g7-notebook-pc) and first, i dont know which one of the three that appear there would work at all or better in this thing. Second i don't know about what capacity i should buy, i was thinking about another TB of storage but again, idk if it'll work in the motherboard here

Also if someone knows how to move my files(or just a few things like steam, discord and w10 of course) safely would be awesome

Thx for reading c:

Its specs

It does NOT have dual storage options, your machine has 1TB HDD therefore you can NOT add M.2 SSD to your machine.
