HP 250 G5 Notebook PC

Hi there

I own an HP 250 G5 i3 6th generation laptop with the serial number [Personal Information Removed]. I am interested in upgrading its hard disk to an SSD for improved performance. Could you please provide information on which types of SSDs are compatible with this model and does it have a M.2 SSD slot ?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi:

Your notebook came with a 1 TB mechanical hard drive.

It does not have a M.2 slot to support a M.2 SATA SSD.

Only the HP 250 G5 notebooks that came with a M.2 SATA SSD from the factory have a M.2 slot.

If you want to install a SSD, your only option would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
