Can I upgrade to 128GB NVMe PCIe Gen3 x 4 80mm M.2 Solid State Drive as my boot drive  along with existing 1 TB HDD (as data drive) for HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0077tu?

Hi,

Yes, you can. You can use an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your desired capacity and brand. You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD.

Example:

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/pavilion-x360-14-cd0077tu/CT14547400

On page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive

Hope it helps,
