17-by0004ur

Hi all!

I bought a laptop 17-by0004ur. Before buying, I checked the display model on https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06084498?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0002. On this site, I saw that the SVA display. But when I launched the AIDA64 program, I saw the model AUO219E (this is TN LCD)

Why? help me

@YuryGoncharov,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Support Community,

HP does not recommend to use Third party measuring apps as they are not tested by HP and may not be accurate.

Yes, according to the Product specifications it shows your PC has been shipped  with - 17.3" diagonal HD+ SVA anti-glare WLED-backlit (1600 x 900) Display.

You may also refer to the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook, Here you will find the parts which are tested and compatible with your PC.

In this scenario, I would personally suggest you contact our HP support team for further assistance.

@YuryGoncharov,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
