Hey!
I've bought the HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0457ng in July 2020. I've hardly used this laptop and now it seems my battery is broken.
It won't turn and it looks to be the same problem a lot of users described in here:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/HP-Envy-x360-won-t-turn-on-and-no-battery-ind...
I already bought a new power cable / ac adapter to see if that is the problem. Doesn't work with the new one either.
The little led-light next to the charging input is not showing any signs of live.
I also tried the Power Reset described in here:
https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c01684768
No success.
Anything else I can do?
I guess my last option now is to buy a new battery now and hire some technician to replace it?
By the way:
This happened exactly 2 months after my warranty expired. How convenient for HP! 😉
Hope you can give me some help here otherwise you lost another customer.
