Hello so I have had my laptop for about 2.5 years and I haven't had a lot of problems however today I tried to open my laptop in class and it would not open. The screen seems to be falling apart its as if the screen is not supported by the hinges. I'm sure this is a design flaw because up until this point mt laptop hasn't given me much trouble. I am a college student and I can't afford to just buy a new laptop. Ive done some research and it seems a lot of Hp customers are having this problem. What can I do to resolve this?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
