The screen on my HP Envy X360 popped out because the hinge on one side broke. I searched the forum and I know it's a known issue. I bought this computer 3.5 years ago so the warranty has expired. This is obviously a faulty product, so what can HP to fix it?

Yes, i had the same problem with the purchase of two HP ENVY 360's and they told me they could fix it for an exorbitant price or I could go away. Good luck with your problem. This is an HP issue and there are class actions globally about the issue. HP ignores customers. But that's okay b/c our surgery practice will never purchase an HP product again.
