After having this laptop for only a little bit over a year, this laptop just popped out on the lower right portion of the laptop. I can see from the 5 pages on this forum that this is an ongoing issue. I ran out of warranty Jan of 2020. This laptop has given no issues till now. Like many others, this happened all of a sudden, so has anybody found the fix or solution? Also, HP gives no option to call anyone and all we can do is talk to a virtual agent? What kind of customer service is that? How can company make it impossible to speak to an actual human being about this issue? The product is clearly defective. I hope that someone messages me at the very least from HP to help resolve this issue. Hp should stand by their products.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen has popped out from the right side.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support and they will be able to assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
