Screen popping out within a week of purchase

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 14×360

Hi. I bought my HP Pavillion 14×360 in the beginning of October this year. Its not even been two weeks since I bought it and its screen is popping out from the bottom right corner. I didn't even notice the screen popping out until I was turning it into tablet mode and it made a cracking sound. I can't even close the lid in the fear of breaking it. The screen (lid) seems to be lower/ have collapsed on the right side. It all happened after a week of purchase. The laptop hasn't been dropped or anything. There seems to be a manufacturing defect as I haven't even used it for long.

How can I go on about fixing it? I just spent $600+ to buy it last week.

My country is not listed in the drop down menu. I am from Nepal, and there is something written about the manufacturer warranty being expired, Why is that?
