Product: HP Specter x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
bought HP Specter x360 - 13-aw0009ur
When opening the box, we saw a shallow scratch on the screen,
service centers in Russia refused. I don't know what to do.
The purchase took place as a legal entity, the goods were brought sealed in a box.
But after the opening, we were stumped, the director does not want to use such equipment,
and the warranty is denied. where to go now with this problem?
