I wanna know if its possible to upgrade my screen to a better one, I know it has eDP 1.2, and that maybe ill have to change the connector, but is it possible to change to a 144hz or 165hz screen?

FHD, UWVA sRGB 100, low blue light, eDP 1.3 + PSR, 300 nits, 144 Hz
FHD, UWVA 45, eDP 1.2 without PSR, 250 nits
Quad high-deƭnition (QHD) (2560 × 1440), UWVA sRGB 100, low blue light, eDP 1.4 + PSR, 300 nits, 165 Hz

There however 3 different cables so its not possible to swap in just any of the panels into just any unit in the series:

 

For use with FHD, 60 Hz panels M81348-001
For use with FHD, 144 Hz panels M81347-001
For use with QHD, 165 Hz panels M84786-001

 

The cable has to be compatible with the screen
