Product: Envy 17"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since I bought this notebook sev eral months ago I have been able to take screenshots using the fn key with the prt sc key but today I simply cannot do that, I have tried various combinations like windows key + prt sc key, the ctrl key and alt key in every combinaton possible with the fn and prt sc without success.

I can't understand why it would suddenly stop working, would appreciate any suggestions

HP Recommended

ctrl + print screen is the standard combination. There may be a BIOS setting which alters the normal operation of the fn and/or ctrl keys. Would need your full model to get the right BIOS simulator and check it out.
