I've had a second battery failure on my HP Pavilion 15-au063nr. The first one was replaced under warranty by Case #[edited] I ran the battery check and the "new" battery is 449 days old and two of the 4 cells, cells 3 and 4, have 0 mVs in them. Cell 1's voltage is 4331 mV and Cell 2's voltage is 4343 mV.
A couple of questions:
1. What's the warranty on the replacement battery?
2. Why this dismal battery performance??
Thanks

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
